Peter Thorsen is CEO of Integra Consult and combines his executive responsibilities with consulting activities. Peter has an extensive career within the CNS/ATM domain and has supported customers worldwide within the technical, operational, strategic, and regulatory areas.
Peter has been increasingly involved in advisory service in connection with safety regulation, safety management, and safety assessments following European and ICAO requirements. Peter leads our work for the European Commission’s Performance Review Body (PRB) and has an excellent understanding of air traffic management and the latest developments within this domain.

With a background as an air traffic controller, Petri’s focus is on supporting the operational activities – airspace, ATC procedures, systems implementation – in various projects worldwide.
For several years now Petri has supported the FAB CE operational domain activities as well as contributed to the FAB CE strategic planning in drafting future strategies and concepts. As the Integra project manager for SESAR support to ANS Czech Republic, Petri has both participated to as well as coordinated Integra activities in multiple SESAR 2020 Wave 1 solutions and continues in this role for Wave 2. Petri has worked in various projects in the Asia-Pacific region, including the provision of project management support for ATM system specification, procurement and deployment and operational surveys of ANSP’s service provision and airport operations.

Michael combines his director responsibilities in sales and marketing with project work as a senior consultant for clients worldwide.
Having worked for 30 years in the aviation business in different parts of the world like Europe, the Middle East and Asia, Michael not only is used to working in multicultural environments, but he also offers the experience from working in different areas including airlines, air traffic control and aircraft manufacturing. Starting initially with a pilot training, Michael worked his way up to the position of Dispatch and Operations Director before joining skyguide as the Head of Operations Development and Support.

With more than 35 years of experience in the civil and military aviation sector, Gilles is Integra Consult's Director of EU and NATO affairs. His experience covers a large part of the aviation domain, as air defence & ATC controller, head of ATC, director of an airport, and head of national office for legal and international affairs. He is mainly involved in supporting private and public entities developing and implementing international and European regulations and standards in the domain of ATM. This includes the development of specifications, system procurement, system implementation, and standardisation. He is also providing expertise in safety & risk management and drones.

Ella Pinska-Chauvin is a Safety and Human Factor expert with 15 years of experience in the European ATM domain.
Ella has worked both on R&D as well as the advanced operational projects mainly in the airport and TMA area. Currently Ella supports Integra Consult within the safety domain conducting safety assessments for SESAR technical projects. Ella is also a member of Performance Review Body (PRB) Support Team. In the past Ella has been working for 10 years for EUROCONTROL’s Safety team, performing safety assessments and safety investigations, including safety culture surveys. Ella has also conducted various validation activities analysing the airspace structure and organisation from the safety and human factors perspective. Additionally, Ella has extensive experience working on multinational projects with interdisciplinary teams.

Pál Péter’s main role within Integra Consult is in the Support Team of the Performance Review Body of the Single European Sky, where he is the capacity KPA lead. In addition to this role, he is also working on different assignments directly supporting DG MOVE of the European Commission, and also on SESAR projects delivering economic analyses and CBAs. Pál Péter worked for HungaroControl for 6 years before joining Integra Consult, where he was trained as an ATC Expert and was head of strategy, international relations and business development.

Jelena Ðokić is a Validation, Human Factors and Safety Expert with extensive experience in ATM domain studies with a focus on human performance and cognitive processes during the interaction with safety-critical systems.
Jelena holds a PhD in Air Traffic Engineering with a dissertation focusing on air traffic controllers’ workload. Before joining Integra Consult, Jelena worked as a Human Factors and Validation expert in Deep Blue and EUROCONTROL. Jelena is currently involved in SESAR 2020 Projects addressing validation activities, Safety and Human Performance with ANS Czech Republic through a Linked Third-Party agreement. Jelena also performed Human Factors activities in connection with the Air Navigation and Weather Services (ANWS) of Taiwan project.
Jelena has considerable experience in coordination and organisation of project activities and execution of project managerial tasks.

Kim works as a senior consultant and project manager serving customers like organisations (FAB CE and SESAR), airports and air traffic service providers in Europe and beyond.
With an education as a system engineer, Kim joined Integra Consult after a career with system integrators like Thales and ANSPs in both Denmark (Naviair) and the Middle East (GCAA) holding amongst other roles as Quality and Safety Manager. Kim is an experienced consultant and project manager. He works on projects for a broad range of customers, including work for technical specifications, cybersecurity analysis and safety and risk assessments.

Steven works as a chief consultant for Integra Consult’s NATO projects. Besides, Steven is supporting Integra Consult with consulting activities in the area of procurement, engineering and programme management.
Steven is highly experienced in defence system and IT projects. Steven joined Integra Consult following a long-term assignment as Chief Engineer for a large-scale multinational and multidisciplinary AirC2 project. Before that, he assumed several senior management positions in technical directorates of the Belgian Armed Forces. Steven keeps abreast of the application of new technologies such as data science and machine learning.

Jaroslav is responsible for quality management and consultancy in operational, safety and performance domains for a broad spectrum of customers. He has supported several key stakeholders on the European, Asian and Middle East markets in ATM implementation projects.
Jaroslav is a former military ATCO with working experience for the Czech Republic regulator (CAA/NSA). He has a long-standing international understanding of aviation and ATM/ANS involving both military and civil operational environments and holds several operational and management posts in ATS, ASM, SUR systems, ATFM, CDM, Safety and Quality management, SES regulation and strategic planning.

Noemi has over 13 years of experience in business process development and project management (supported with PMI Certification) in multi-stakeholder environments. She supports ATM related programmes and projects throughout their full life cycle from high-level problem solving to administrative aspects, including strong stakeholder management.
Previously Noemi was working in the banking industry, but in the past six years she has gained an understanding of the ANS industry and the ATM technical and operational aspects through experience in the FAB CE Programme, the Implementation of SES Programme in South-East Europe and in SESAR Programme activities.
Noemi has a university BSc degree in economics and an MSc degree in management and leadership with special focus on change management.

Lucie has worked 15 years as a member of a management support team in different companies. In her current position, she has been a member of the team since 2016 and an important pillar of organisational support as Executive Secretary and member of the board of directors at Integra Consult Central Europe a.s., the past four years during company expansion.
Lucie’s responsibilities include issuing financial reports, creation of financial budgets, cooperation with advisors and lawyers, archiving of documents, quarterly project reporting, preparation of documents for contracts in Czech and English version, market resource, making travel arrangements and managing office organisation and general workflow from project managers as well as project support on many different projects.
